A fund advised by Clearbell has completed the development of the two new distribution warehouses at Banbury Cross. The two new units are 111,000 sq ft and 169,000 sq ft respectively, providing modern warehouse space to a BREEAM Excellent standard

Since the site was acquired, a total of £11m has been invested to build the two distribution warehouses to a high standard that would appeal to logistics businesses.

Rob Mills, Partner at Clearbell commented, “We are pleased to have achieved significant progress across our Nevado logistics portfolio.

“We recognised the opportunity to develop quality buildings at these sites and are delighted to have already confirmed a tenant at Banbury Cross. We are confident the high spec and prime location of these warehouses will continue to attract strong tenant interest.”

The major toy retailer The Entertainer has already opened a new distribution Centre last year in a neighboring unit on the site.

“Our new distribution Centre is the biggest single investment that The Entertainer has made to date,” said Steve Williams, The Entertainer’s logistics director.
