Woman assaulted in a Banbury nightclub

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an ABH incident which a woman was assaulted in a nightclub in Banbury.

At around 1.45am on Tuesday (27/12) the victim, a 20-year-old woman, was on the dancefloor of Moo Moo in High Street with a male friend.

The victim had a drink spilt on her which she believed to be accidental. Her male friend then became involved in an argument with the person he felt was responsible. The victim was subsequently assaulted and fell to the floor.

The victim lost a tooth and sustained cuts to her mouth which required hospital treatment.

The offender is described as a woman, who is white with blonde hair and an eyebrow piercing.
